2 Mission Wheat & White Wraps

Approx. 200g roast vegetables

1/2 packet of feta
-
1 tsp Harissa paste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Some rocket leaves

Salt and pepper

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk harissa with dash of oil and lemon juice and season to taste.

Add the roast vegetables and coat well.

Step 3
Spoon some of the vegetable mixture onto middle of a Mission Deli Wholemeal wrap and layer on some rocket leaves and a little crumbled feta.

Step 4
Wrap up tightly and serve.

Tip: Serve with a cooling mint yogurt dip by mixing yoghurt with freshly chopped mint or mint sauce and season to taste.
