  • 2 Mission Wheat & White Wraps

  • 2 salmon steaks, de-boned

  • 20g butter

  • 20ml lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 avocado

  • Bunch of asparagus, cooked

  • Step 1

    Heat the butter and garlic then add the lemon juice, when sizzling add in the salmon, skin side down

  • Step 2

    Cook until fish is light pink throughout – about 2 minutes on either side. Remove skin. Place vegetables and fish in wrap and roll up

  • Step 3

    Serve immediately
