  • 6 Mission Protein Plant-Powered wraps, warmed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 8 eggs, whisked

  • 6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped

  • 6 tbsp chopped green onions, divided

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 smoked paprika

  • 2 avocados, sliced

  • 3/4 cup salsa

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in large skillet set over medium heat. Whisk eggs in bowl; stir in bacon, half of the green onions, salt, pepper and paprika. Add to skillet; cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until set (scramble eggs or leave firm as desired).

    TIP: For those looking for a meatless protein packed breakfast burrito, swap your favourite meat substitute, such as tempeh, chopped vegan breakfast sausage, or smoked tofu for bacon if desired.

  • Step 2

  • Step 3

    Fold up bottom of tortilla over filling; fold in sides and roll up tightly starting from the bottom.

  • Step 4

    Warm tortillas according to package directions.
