Ingredients

6 Mission Plain XL Wrap

1 tbsp creamed horseradish sauce

½ tsp English mustard

2 thick slices roast beef, warmed

50g cooked kale, warmed

75g braised red cabbage, warmed

3 medium roast potatoes, warmed and thickly sliced

4 tbsp hot gravy

Step 1
Make sure all filling ingredients are at room temperature or optional choice to warm.

Mix together the horseradish sauce and mustard.

Heat the wrap according to pack instructions, highly recommend gently dry frying each side for 5-10 seconds on high heat, and spread the horseradish and mustard mixture down the middle of the warmed wrap.

Step 4
Place the roast beef in a line along the centre of the wrap and top with kale, red cabbage, carrots and potatoes. Drizzle over the gravy.

Carefully fold the bottom side of the wrap over the filling. Then fold the two sides in and wrap in foil to serve - avoiding any gravy spillages!

Cook tips:
- Serve with extra gravy to dunk the wrap in or use hot horseradish to give a little kick!
- Add a sprinkling of grated cheddar or leftover cauliflower cheese to the wrap for extra flavour.
- Enjoyed a different meat at Sunday roast? No problem, just swap the beef, horseradish and English mustard for your meat and condiment of choice!

Remove from the heat, cut in half and serve with the remainder of burger sauce for dipping!
