  • Mission Original Mini Wraps

  • 300g breaded fish goujons or chunky fish fingers

  • 1 lemon

  • 300g frozen peas

  • Handful of fresh chopped mint leaves

  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce, shredded

  • Tartare sauce

  • Step 1

    Bake the fish until golden & crispy

  • Step 2

    Cook the peas then crush with the back of a fork or potato masher, and add the chopped mint leaves. Season well with salt & freshly ground black pepper. 

  • Step 3

    Load peas and crunchy shredded iceberg lettuce with fish into your warmed tacos

  • Step 4

    Finish with a dollop of tartare sauce & a good squeeze of lemon
