Quick Pulled Pork, Sweetcorn & Pickled Onion Tacos

6 Mission Original Mini wraps

100g slow cooked pulled pork

30g Mixed Salad Leaves

50g Tinned Sweetcorn

20g Red Onions
-
Red Wine Vinegar
-
1 tsp Icing Sugar

Fresh Chillies

Step 1
For the pickled onions - slice the onion(s) 3mm thick, drench in red wine vinegar & mix in a teaspoon of icing sugar. Leave to infuse for at least 15 mins.

Step 2
Drain the tinned sweetcorn.

Step 3
Place a Mission Original Mini wrap on a plate & pile the salad leaves down the middle.

Step 4
Top with pulled pork and sprinkle with sweetcorn.

Step 5
Finish with pickled onions & a scattering of finely chopped red chilli for a little kick! Repeat steps 2-5 for the other 5 mini wraps.
