Quick Pulled Pork, Sweetcorn & Pickled Onion Tacos

Ingredients
- 
                        6 Mission Original Mini wraps 
- 
                        100g slow cooked pulled pork 
- 
                        30g Mixed Salad Leaves 
- 
                        50g Tinned Sweetcorn 
- 
                        20g Red Onions 
- 
                        Red Wine Vinegar 
- 
                        1 tsp Icing Sugar 
- 
                        Fresh Chillies

Instructions
- 
                        Step 1For the pickled onions - slice the onion(s) 3mm thick, drench in red wine vinegar & mix in a teaspoon of icing sugar. Leave to infuse for at least 15 mins.

                        Step 2Drain the tinned sweetcorn. 
- 
                        Step 3Place a Mission Original Mini wrap on a plate & pile the salad leaves down the middle. 
- 
                        Step 4Top with pulled pork and sprinkle with sweetcorn. 
- 
                        Step 5Finish with pickled onions & a scattering of finely chopped red chilli for a little kick!
