  • 1 Mission Deli Wheat and White wrap

  • 2 eggs

  • 1tsp finely chopped chives

  • 2 pork sausages

  • Small knob of butter

  • Step 1

    Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan.

  • Step 2

    When sizzling, pour in the eggs and sprinkle over some chives.

  • Step 3

    Cut the pork sausages in half lengthwise and arrange them on top of the omelette. Carefully fold the bottom side of the Deli Wrap over the filling.

  • Step 4

    Then fold the two sides in and finish by rolling it all up until completely closed.
