Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Simply Good Quinoa & Chia or Sourdough & Linseed wraps

  • 1 tub of Houmous (any flavour you like)

  • 1 pack falafel crumbled onto a baking tray & warmed in the oven until crispy

  • Coriander

  • Lime Juice

  • Red Chilli

  • A sprinkling of linseeds (if you have)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Generously smear Quinoa & Chia Wraps with your favourite creamy houmous.

    Scatter over the warm falafel.

  • Step 2

    Top with chopped fresh coriander, sliced red chilli & a squeeze of lime juice.

  • Step 3

    Add an extra sprinkle of linseeds if you have any.

  • Step 4

    Roll up & devour!
