  • 1 Mission Original Wrap

  • 100 g hummus

  • 120 g cooked roast lamb, sliced

  • 1/4 small red onion, finely sliced

  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh mint leaves

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Step 1

    Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface and place the hummus across the middle, spreading some of it towards the edges.

  • Step 2

    Arrange the roast lamb slices over the hummus and place the red onion and fresh herbs on top, season with freshly ground black pepper.

  • Step 3

    Fold the sides inwards to enclose the filling, and cut in half.

  • Step 4

    Serve at room temperature.
