Turkey and Cranberry Wrap

  • 2 Mission Deli Seeded Wraps

  • 2 onions, peeled and sliced

  • ½ little gem lettuce, shredded

  • Olive oil

  • 150g sliced roasted turkey breast

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise


  • Step 1

    Firstly make the onion chutney: place the onion, sugar, olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a pan or small pot and simmer until the onion is soft and begins to caramelise.

  • Step 2

    Take off heat when nicely browned.

  • Step 3

    Heat the Deli Wraps on a low setting for 10 seconds in the microwave.

  • Step 4

    Mix the cranberry sauce with the mayonnaise and then spread like butter all over the wraps.

  • Step 5

    Then in a line across the bottom half of the wrap, place a bed of shredded lettuce, then add the turkey with caramelised onion.

  • Step 6

    Roll the wraps up, cut in half and enjoy.
