Sriracha Tuna Wraps

Ingredients

6 Mission Protein Plant-Powered wraps, warmed

2 cans of tuna, drained and flaked

4 onions, thinly sliced

1/3 cup light mayonnaise

3 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce

1 tsp lime zest

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp pepper

3/4 cup coleslaw mix

3/4 cup matchstick carrots

3/4 cup matchstick cucumbers
Instructions

Step 1
Stir together tuna, green onions, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, mustard, salt and pepper.

Step 2
Spoon tuna mixture evenly down the centre of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border at both ends. Top with coleslaw, carrots and cucumbers.

Fold up bottom of each tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and starting from bottom, roll up tightly.
