Ingredients & Instructions


  • 2 Mission Deli Original Wraps

  • 25g butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • 1 small onion (finely sliced)

  • 250g baby spinach

  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 75g double cream

  • Salt and pepper

  • 50g ricotta cheese, crumbled

  • 25g cheddar cheese, grated

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 170C (325F).

  • Step 2

    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

  • Step 3

    Add onion, soften for 10 minutes, then add spinach. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in lime juice and double cream, season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Warm both sides of the Mission Deli Original Wraps in a dry frying pan.

  • Step 5

    Remove from pan and spoon two thirds of the spinach mixture on one half of the deli wraps, scattering ricotta cheese on top.

  • Step 6

    Fold deli wrap in half and spoon remaining mixture on one half of folded wrap, then fold again into a triangle.

  • Step 7

    Scatter grated cheese over the crèpes, place on baking tray and reheat for 2 minutes in a preheated oven until the cheese has melted.
