Homemade Pico de Gallo



Ingredients & Instructions


  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • 15g garlic clove

  • 1 jalapeno pepper

  • 8 leaves of fresh coriander

  • juice of 1/2 lime

  • salt

  • pepper


  • Step 1

    Peel and chop the onion. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, chop the coriander. Place the ingredients in a small bowl. Add some finely chopped jalapeno pepper.

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle it with lime juice and season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the salsa to another container. Serve it with cooked wraps.
