Ingredients

  • 150g nuts

  • 1 bunch of basil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 100g Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

  • 50ml olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Roast the nuts on a hot pan for a few minutes. Chop basil and garlic. Combine the ingredients in a food processor and blend them together.

  • Step 2

    Add olive oil and cheese. Blend it all together for a few moments.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the pesto to a serving bowl. Enjoy the amazing taste and aroma of basil!
