2 tbsp olive oil
Cut the zucchini ends off and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Place on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, season with freshly ground pepper and salt.
Place the grill pan under the grill. Place the zucchini rounds in the pan. Grill them on both sides.
Transfer the grilled zucchini to a plate. Use in one of the Mission Wraps recipes.
