  • 60 g cream cheese

  • 20 g sour cream

  • 1 Mission Original Deli Wrap

  • 90 g smoked salmon

  • 1 tablespoon mini capers

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • Step 1

    Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together.

  • Step 2

    Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface and cut it in half.

  • Step 3

    Spread half of the cream mixture over each piece of deli wrap and arrange the smoked salmon across. Scatter the capers and fresh dill over the salmon.

  • Step 4

    Carefully fold the straight side of each deli wrap over the filling, then fold the sides inwards and finish by rolling them up until completely closed.

  • Step 5

    Cover with a piece of cling film and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • Step 6

    Cut in half to serve.
