Cut sweet potato in to wedges and cook for 15-20 minutes

Meanwhile, mix with a tin of drained chickpeas and sprinkle generously with Indian spices.

Layer on the chickpea mixture a few slices of Halloumi, then a drizzle of olive oil and bake in a hot oven until sizzling.

Pile onto wraps and add a dollop of thick yogurt.
